Return Policy

We will gladly accept any return within the guidelines listed below for an instore/online credit. Return items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Once your return is processed, you will have an online store credit emailed to you, and it may be used anytime!

Return Guidelines

• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• All returns must have the original tags ATTACHED.
• Clearance and sale items are not returnable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• The original shipping is non refundable.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it has been received.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective.

Cancellation Policy

• To cancel an order email trendytrunkcollective@gmail.com Upon confirmation of order cancellation you will receive a refund to your original method of payment with the 10% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.
• Cancellation requests must be placed within 12 hours of placing the order and will only be serviced within our standard business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST).

• In order to ensure that our customers receive their shipments as soon as possible, we often ship orders the same day they are placed. If an order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel an order. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
• All items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return.
